A couple months ago I found an adorable pair of vintage chairs at a garage sale for only $5 each! While I was getting ready to photograph the chairs for the “before photo” my daughter climbed onto one of them and broke the seat. I was really bummed at first, but as I brainstormed ideas for the broken chair I came up with a great solution!
A few weeks ago I found a couple cute vintage chairs at a local yard sale. As soon as I spotted them I knew I had to have them (especially at $5 a piece!). They looked a little tired and worn and were very dirty, but. I knew that I could use some paint to bring these adorable vintage chairs back to life!
Shortly after I became slightly obsessed with the show Fixer Upper, I noticed Joanna Gaines’s gorgeous large roman numeral faux clock in her farmhouse. I loved the large statement that it made in her living room! The huge size and the contrast of black and white just spoke to me. After scouring the web for a similar clock I quickly realized that one of these clocks would come with a big price tag. I knew that I could re-create my own large clock by making it myself and saving lots of money!
I’ve been searching for the perfect budget-friendly farmhouse coffee table for a couple years now, and I still never found exactly what I wanted (without having to spend a fortune)! After many failed searches on Craigslist, Facebook buy/sell/trade groups, and home decor stores I had almost given up. I thought that my only option was to try to find a budget-friendly large storage ottoman that would be kid-friendly and still functional.
If you love unique farmhouse vintage finds but don’t want to spend lots of time hunting them down, then you’ve come to the right place! I absolutely love the look of vintage decor but I don’t have a lot of time to go searching them out. Sometimes I can stop by our local thrift store if I have a chance, but I usually don’t find exactly what I am looking for!
