I can’t believe that the One Room Challenge is starting again, and this week I’m sharing my girls’ bathroom makeover plans! I have been wanting to tackle their bathroom for quite some time. This makeover is going to challenge me in some big ways, because I have some big goals!
Girls’ Bathroom Makeover Plans
The One Room Challenge has been going for 10 years now, and it is such a fun way to join in with others who are tackling a space in their own homes! It is a place where you can find inspiration and ideas for any room in your house. Check out the other designers and participants this year, as well as in past years!
This challenge I will be taking on my girls’ bathroom, which is a Jack and Jill style bathroom with 2 entrances. I love that it has plenty of space for my 4 girls, 2 sinks, and lots of storage. It doesn’t have much style at the moment, with lots of creamy white and some builder grade lights and tile.
Here is a look at the before of the bathroom:
I want to make a BIG impact with this bathroom design, so I’ll be tackling some projects that I haven’t done before! I’m so excited to take on some new challenges with this room makeover.
Some of the projects include:
- Painting the vanity
- Tiling a wall
- Board and batten hook wall
- Installing a butcher block counter
- New sinks & faucets
- Painting the room
- New lighting
I am so excited to get started on this bathroom makeover. It will have a huge impact in this space that gets used so much!
Make sure to follow along each week as I make progress on this makeover!
