This modern farmhouse dresser makeover is so good, that I just couldn’t wait to show you guys! I just finished giving this beautiful antique dresser a much needed makeover using Fusion Mineral Paint. I’m so smitten with how it turned out! The white color combined with some dark modern handles has me obsessed with it!
Hello, friends! I’ve been a busy bee lately as we just sold our house and bought a fixer upper! I am so excited to share all of the details of our new home and all the changes that we have been working on and have planned for the future.
Now that we have moved into our new home I finally have some time to share my latest furniture DIY. This little dresser makeover has me wanting to do cartwheels to express my joy! But I haven’t done a cartwheel in who-knows-how-long, so don’t expect me to actually do one 😉 You’ll be wanting to paint all the things when you see the before and after for this project!
A couple months ago I found an adorable pair of vintage chairs at a garage sale for only $5 each! While I was getting ready to photograph the chairs for the “before photo” my daughter climbed onto one of them and broke the seat. I was really bummed at first, but as I brainstormed ideas for the broken chair I came up with a great solution!
Last week I was browsing Facebook Marketplace when I came across the most beautiful vintage sewing cabinet! I was immediately drawn to the curved top and adorable detailed legs. The owner said it was most likely made in the 1940’s, and it is in such great condition! I knew I had to have it and give it a makeover.
A few weeks ago I found a couple cute vintage chairs at a local yard sale. As soon as I spotted them I knew I had to have them (especially at $5 a piece!). They looked a little tired and worn and were very dirty, but. I knew that I could use some paint to bring these adorable vintage chairs back to life!
